Instructions
Step 1:
Enter the necessary information then click "Find Profile." The system is looking to see if the info you entered is already in the database.
If it does not "find" you, follow Step 2. If it does "find" you, it will say that you are already registered and you are good to go! If you would like to try and create an account go to Step 3.
Step 2:
Click "Add New Profile" then ADD more information (i.e. cell phone, address, zip, gender and marital status), then click "Submit." Then select a "grade" for your child, then click "Create an Account (Optional) because this "account" will let you register and sign up for events in the future. You won't have to keep writing your info over and over and over again. Then click "Submit."
If you get an "error" message, then it DID NOT WORK (go ahead and fill out the paper one and turn it in). There are a few bugs we have to work out (this is really new). You will have received an email (because you "created an account") with a username and password. You can click hwcYouth database to access your account and edit it to make sure it is all correct. Please make sure you add in as much info as possible, including the parents and any other brothers and sisters. And you're done!

Click "Log in with an Account" and click on "Forgot Username" and enter the email address you have (or had) on file with us and it will send you your "username." You'll have to do this with your password as well.
